BIMI and your brand:
BIMI is a new standard that allows your logo to appear alongside your emails within supported email clients.
You may have seen major brands use it already in your inbox when you view promotions from your favorite companies.
The example shows the company logo that appears next to the brand’s message and this is known as a verified sender logo.
It is instantly recognizeable and an easy way for us to know this message is safe and comes from a trusted brand.
BIMI equals Security:
BIMI allows you to display a logo alongside your messages in the inbox, when it is verified under a set of BIMI specifications.
It is a way to verify your brand and sender information, similar to other email authentication standards like DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
Email clients that support BIMI will check for that record to confirm that your emails are legitimate.
By authenticating¹ your brand or organization you can verify with your logo that your emails are safe to your users and can build subscriber trust.
